The reason I ask is because of the glitch in the original version of San Andreas, where you lure the attackers outside of the zone and kill them. If you are having so much trouble taking over the last few territories, and you cant start a gang war like you are saying, then yes, the best way to do this will be through the Satchel Charge trick. Effectively, it is sure-fire to take over the territories. Step 1) Let the adjacent territory be attacked and lost. Step 2) Start and win a gang war on the thin territory.
